HIIT Spinning is a very popular class for all ages and abilities. The class combines all the benefits you get from a more traditional spinning class, but with the added variation of other exercises mixed in between ‘spinning bursts’ on the bikes. The classes vary each week, with the exercises between ‘spinning’ on the bikes varying from body weight, Resistance, core and much more. All with the aim of proving a more ‘all over body’ workout.
